Skinny Coffee SuperBoost is growing! We're looking for a versatile, proactive, and reliable team member to join our fully remote team. This is a full-time position (one person) that combines Customer Support, Fulfillment, and Sales responsibilities.

🧩 What You'll Do:

1. Customer Support Be the friendly, helpful first point of contact for our customers:

2. Answer customer inquiries via email and chat

3. Resolve order, product, and shipping issues promptly

4. Keep a professional, warm, and on-brand communication style

5. Fulfillment
   Ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly:

6. Process and verify orders daily

7. Coordinate with shipping/logistics partners

8. Track and resolve shipment-related issues

10. Sales
    Help potential customers take the leap and purchase:

11. Respond to pre-sale questions and recommend products

12. Handle objections and support leads through decision-making

13. Spot sales opportunities and help increase conversions

🕒 Shift & Team Expectations:
Full-time | 8 hours/day (EST time zone)
Remote-only position
Some flexibility for Fulfillment-related tasks
Weekly meetings in English, where you'll present brief progress reports

💻 Tech Requirements:
This is a remote role—your setup matters:
Stable internet: Minimum 50 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload
Reliable computer:
At least 8 GB RAM
i5 processor or equivalent
Working webcam and microphone
Quiet space for video meetings and calls

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication in English (written and spoken)

• At least 1 year of remote work experience

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

🌟 Extra Skills That Are a Plus:

• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.)

• Familiarity with AI tools for task optimization or communication

• Knowledge of Amazon FBA processes (order handling, logistics)

• Prior work in the health & wellness or e-commerce space

💰 Compensation:
$700 USD/month base salary
Sales commissions based on performance
