We're looking for a responsible, experienced professional with a background in the adult content industry (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.) to join our team as a Shadower. This is a leadership-track position that starts with full training as a texter and evolves into a team support and oversight role.

Week 1: Full training as a texter
Weeks 2–3: Work as a texter under supervision
Final 2 days: Shadower-specific training
Successful candidates will be promoted to the Shadower role
Experience in the adult content industry (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Leadership mindset and proactive attitude
Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments
Strong communication and decision-making skills
No technical or power-related issues (reliable PC and stable internet)
Willingness to take initiative and prioritize the team’s success
Understand how to guide and support a team effectively
Are not afraid to take quick, necessary actions
Can handle fast changes and updates without hesitation
Want to grow into a team leader or higher operational role
