What You’ll Be Doing

As Marketing Director, you’ll build a high-performance marketing engine that fills our pipeline with ready-to-act sellers and aligned candidates. You'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns, tools, and vendor partnerships that turn attention into action.

Your top priorities will be to:

  • Design and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns that attract motivated sellers and A-player candidates.
  • Build automated marketing systems and workflows that nurture leads and streamline follow-up.
  • Optimize our CRM inside GoHighLevel, implementing the best tools, automations, and integrations available.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

  • Launch and manage marketing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, email, postcards, Indeed, and more.
  • Write and refine content that captures attention and drives action.
  • Build high-performance automations and workflows to ensure no lead or applicant slips through the cracks.

You’ll be expected to consistently generate qualified leads and applicants, track results across all efforts, and provide clarity on what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
