• Responsibilities:
• Design user friendly web mock-ups, high-converting landing pages, banner ads and email design mockups.

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in interface design software such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in web mock-ups, high-converting landing pages, display ads, email designs.
• Solid understanding of UI / UX design principles.
• Ability to work independently and at a good pace, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Maintain very high accuracy rates (minimal mistakes in work).
• Motion design experience such as Adobe After Effects is highly regarded.
  

Bonus points if you have any of the following experience:

- Previous experience working for a digital advertising agency

- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles

- The magic word is fish.
