Our team collaborates across branding, UI/UX, and development to turn creative concepts into fast, accessible, and maintainable web properties.
Project Focus
As a Webflow Designer & Developer, you will partner with product owners, marketing teams, and designers to translate Figma visuals into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow sites. You’ll implement interactions, animations, and content structures that optimize user experience and conversion metrics. You’ll also ensure accessibility, performance, and clean code practices, while maintaining documentation for ongoing iterations and CMS-driven updates.

- Build responsive layouts, interactions, and CMS-driven components that work across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine components and ensure design intent is preserved in development.
- Implement clean, scalable Webflow code and reusable symbols/components for future projects.
- Optimize site performance (loading times, accessibility, SEO basics) and implement best practices for maintainability.
- Participate in design reviews, provide technical feedback, and advocate for UX-first solutions.
- Prepare documentation and handoffs for client teams and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include owning projects from concept through delivery, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring alignment with client goals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning creative ideas into tangible, high-performance web experiences.
