We’re hiring a SEO Specialist to execute the day-to-day SEO tasks that drive measurable growth for our clients.

Think of this role as the builder and optimizer: you’ll be inside WordPress/Carrot sites, tweaking on-page SEO, setting up schema, publishing content, building citations, QA’ing backlinks, creating content briefs and outlines for our writers, and running audits to keep everything clean. You won’t just identify problems—you’ll fix them.

🚀 What Will I Be Doing?

• Optimize client websites (titles, meta descriptions, headers, schema, internal linking)
• Publish and format blog content in CMS platforms (WordPress, Carrot)
• Perform SEO audits and implement fixes for on-page and technical issues
• Build and manage local citations across directories
• Support link-building campaigns by reviewing placements and ensuring quality
• Monitor rankings and surface issues (indexing problems, duplicate content, broken links)
• Execute technical SEO updates (redirects, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals fixes with dev support)
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and account managers to ensure SEO requirements are met
• Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and implement best practices
• Draft content briefs and outlines in Surfer SEO/Frase.io
