Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies for Meta and TikTok, with a strong grasp of short-form video dynamics (hooks, pacing, formats). Experience briefing UGC or content creators and comfort appearing on camera. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable creative direction. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Highly organized in fast-paced environments. Bonus: fintech/regulated industry experience; Canva proficiency for quick design iterations.
At Dovly AI, a fast-growing AI-powered fintech, you will lead the paid social creative strategy and UGC development to drive user acquisition and performance. You’ll bridge storytelling with performance data, crafting scalable creative engines that inform briefs, feedback, and execution. You’ll collaborate with growth, marketing, and creator partners, leveraging AI tools and analytics to guide experimentation. The role blends paid media creative with organic social content, ensuring aligned messaging across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels. This position supports a dynamic, inclusive team culture in a remote-friendly environment with opportunities to shape a cutting-edge product that simplifies credit management for users.
Own the creative strategy for paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels, developing and testing concepts, messaging angles, hooks, and formats designed to drive user acquisition and performance. Define testing roadmaps and hypotheses in partnership with growth and marketing teams. Analyze performance data to identify winning creatives and opportunities for iteration and scale. Translate insights into clear creative direction and next steps. Leverage AI tools to support ideation, testing, and performance analysis. Manage Creator & UGC programs: identify, onboard, and supervise content creators, crafting detailed briefs, providing strategic feedback, and repurposing content for paid and organic use. Support Organic Social as a testing and amplification channel to inform paid concepts. Monitor performance and stay ahead of platform trends to refine strategies.
Experience in fintech or finance sectors; ability to design social media and ad creative using Canva; familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools; strong portfolio of successful performance-driven campaigns; comfort with remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teams.
