As we mindfully embrace AI technology to enhance (not replace) human creativity, we're seeking a visionary AI Filmmaker to join our freelance network. You'll use cutting-edge generative AI tools to amplify our storytelling capabilities while maintaining the human heart that makes our work unforgettable.

About the Role

We need a creative expert who can bridge traditional filmmaking with generative AI. You'll use AI tools to enhance our storytelling, ensuring every project maintains a human touch. This role is about amplifying human creativity, not replacing it.

Core Responsibilities

Creative Development: Collaborate on AI-enhanced storytelling concepts, develop treatments, and research new AI tools.

Production & Execution: Execute AI-enhanced video projects, create compelling visual content using generative AI (video, motion graphics, VFX), and optimize AI workflows.

Leadership & Autonomy: Lead AI initiatives, guide team members, establish best practices, and present AI possibilities to clients.

Quality & Innovation: Ensure high standards, balance tech innovation with authentic storytelling, and continuously experiment while maintaining AI ethics.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in filmmaking, video production, or creative direction.
- Expertise with current AI content creation tools (e.g., RunwayML, Pika Labs, Stable Video Diffusion, AI audio).
- Strong understanding of video production and post-production workflows
- A compelling portfolio showcasing creative AI use in storytelling.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate remotely.

Ideal Candidates Also Have:

- Experience with B2B/tech clients.
- Background in motion graphics, VFX, or animation.
- Familiarity with traditional production equipment.
- Understanding of brand storytelling.
- Experience with project management and client collaboration.

Location & Working Model

‍
This is a remote freelance position. We prefer collaborators in or willing to adapt to the CEST time zone. Proximity to Barcelona is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Immediate incorporation.
- €33k-€40k gross yearly salary equivalent, depending on experience.
- Potential for a 4-day work week (currently in trial).
