- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, cross-functional full-stack engineering team responsible for both frontend and backend initiatives.
- Own architectural decisions, establish scalable patterns, and guide the team through technology transitions as the platform evolves.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and executive stakeholders to define roadmap and priorities, aligning technical efforts with business goals.
- Drive best practices in software delivery, testing, security, observability, and performance optimization across cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
