Ingeniero Defi Líder

We are seeking a senior-level Tech Lead and Blockchain Engineer with at least 4+ years of professional software development experience in Web3 and Blockchain. Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and proven experience building and deploying blockchain-based platforms with cross-functional teams. You should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities, along with a track record of delivering secure, scalable dApps and backend services. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Technical proficiency should include modern Solidity development, smart contract security practices, gas optimization strategies, and familiarity with DeFi/NFT/DAO ecosystems. Bonus points for experience with gRPC/REST API integrations, Zero-Knowledge (ZK) tooling (Circom, SnarkJS), familiarity with audit tools (Slither, MythX, Echidna), and the ability to read and analyze external smart contracts.

This role supports the engineering leadership pursuing scalable blockchain solutions and production-grade dApps that empower players and creators worldwide.

• Lead blockchain development efforts, maintaining code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Review Solidity code for security, gas efficiency, and readability; mentor engineers on secure development practices.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver production-grade dApps and backend services.
• Architect and implement blockchain features, smart contracts, and integration points with external systems (APIs, servers, and tooling).
• Drive best practices in testing, deployment, and monitoring of blockchain components; participate in architecture decisions and technical reviews.
• Support optimization efforts for gas usage, storage layouts, and low-level opcodes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Contribute to security audits and incident response planning; stay current with Web3 developments and security standards.
