Ingeniero Senior de Front-end

We are seeking a seasoned Front-end Engineer with a strong track record in delivering polished React-based applications. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of JavaScript experience, with substantial React experience and exposure to React Native. Must have at least 3+ years in a senior role with direct reports, and a solid foundation in computer science or related field. Experience with Django is a plus (backend familiarity is beneficial but not required). Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher). A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with peers from LatAm and the US, and a desire to contribute to a growing, international product team.

YesLawyer is a software platform connecting consumers with local attorneys. We are building a professional legal services marketplace designed to connect consumers with qualified legal professionals to resolve needs efficiently. Our current focus is a professional legal services app serving customers in the United States, with plans to expand to additional countries. This project emphasizes a user-centric frontend experience across outward-facing websites, customer portals, and lawyer portals, built to scale with a growing, international team. You will contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative environment where frontend work directly impacts how people access legal services online.

• Maintain and enhance the web application including the outward-facing site, customer portal, and lawyer portal.
• Develop new components and pages, focusing on performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Integrate APIs from the backend team and ensure robust data handling and state management.
• Develop testing, logging, and monitoring procedures to ensure quality and reliability.
• Review code and mentor junior frontend developers to promote design consistency and best practices.

Tenured senior frontend professionals (10+ years) with advanced React/JS expertise, leadership experience guiding teams, and a track record of building scalable UI architectures. Graduate degree in CS or related field, higher English proficiency (C2), and additional experience with Django or other backend frameworks are highly valued.
