• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (jQuery, Stimulus).
• Experience with database management, particularly MySQL.
• Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites, and GitHub pull request workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

AutoRaptor is building a robust CRM platform tailored for automotive dealer networks. As a distributed team, you will contribute to a scalable full-stack Ruby on Rails application that powers customer relationship management, inventory, lead tracking, and dealer workflows across web and mobile interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver feature-rich capabilities, ensure reliability, and drive performance and security improvements across the stack. • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Leverage modern development tools and AI-assisted coding practices to accelerate feature delivery while upholding code quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for AutoRaptor's web and mobile platforms.
• Maintain and optimize the frontend using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Stimulus, Turbo) and ensure a responsive user experience.
• Oversee integrations with third-party services (Twilio, SendGrid, Stripe, and others) and ensure reliable data flow across systems.
• Ensure infrastructure stability and security across hosting (Heroku and AWS) to scale with demand.
• Manage databases (AWS Aurora for MySQL) with a focus on performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Champion code quality and security standards, including static analysis, dependency management, and automated testing.
• Conduct code reviews, write tests, and participate in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
