Superfluent is solving a massive hole in the language learning market: enabling Intermediate & Advanced learners to reach conversational fluency. While every other app is focused on Beginners learning basic vocab, we get people speaking in real-world scenarios with instant feedback and fluency metrics to track their progress.

The Opportunity

Over the past year, we've found product-market fit with hundreds of daily signups and great retention, all based on organic word of mouth. Aka zero marketing spend or effort so far.

Now we're ready to make our first growth hire and step on the gas. Introducing the standard consumer playbook (paid spend, influencer, etc) while also still thinking outside the box on creative GTM strategies.

We're looking for a Head of Growth to own & execute this strategy, working closely with the Founding team to drive acquisition, referral, and monetization. Your role will focus on hypothesis-driven experimentation, turning user insights into scalable results. Curiosity, grit, and a deep passion for our mission will be core to your success in this role.

The title & package are flexible -- whether you're currently operating at a Director, VP, or C-level, we want to meet you and find the right fit.

What Gets Us Excited

We don't have rigid criteria around job titles or years of experience. However, we're especially excited if you have a:

  • Consumer Background: You've worked on consumer/apps before, leading successful growth initiatives (earlier stage the better)
  • Generalist Approach: You've managed and optimized acquisition budgets across various channels (ideally paid social, influencer, and organic social) and can wear many hats
  • Personal Connection: Maybe you've previously or are currently living abroad, have in-laws that speak another language, learned English as a second language, are crushing a 500-day Duolingo streak, etc


That being said, none of these are hard requirements nor do you need to check all these boxes…
