🎯 What You’ll Own

• Redesign and own our affiliate program—platform, systems, and strategy
• Build a pipeline of content-driven affiliates aligned with our brand
• Create inbound loops and outbound outreach to drive high-quality referrals
• Recruit partners across SEO blogs, travel brands, deal sites, and creators
• Collaborate with performance, influencer, and SEO teams
• Use affiliate platforms (e.g. GoAffPro, Impact) and customize beyond when needed
• Track performance and continuously optimise toward ROI

📈 What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• A scalable, ethical, and exciting affiliate program is live
• High-quality, content-rich partners are driving meaningful traffic
• Clear systems and playbooks are in place to grow the channel
• You’ve laid the foundation for evergreen inbound affiliate growth

🔧 What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing (eCom, SaaS, or travel preferred)
• You’ve built full programs—not just managed coupon links
• Strong cold outreach + partner relationship skills
• Strategic thinker who knows how to turn affiliates into advocates
• Obsessed with good content—and how to scale it
• You move fast, love ownership, and work well with a lean team
