As an Event Planner in our Customer + Vendor Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating resident events for our customers and building a strong, reliable vendor network. This role is high-urgency with high ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and maintains meticulous attention to detail. You will collaborate with property managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to execute memorable events while upholding ElevateOS quality standards.
- Own end-to-end event planning logistics for assigned properties, from concept to execution.
- Coordinate vendors, pricing, schedules, and event requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers via email and phone to confirm details, set expectations, and ensure readiness.
- Develop and manage run-of-show materials, checklists, confirmations, and final execution details.
- Ensure every event meets the customer鈥檚 standards and ElevateOS quality benchmarks.
- Identify risks early and implement timely solutions to prevent impact on events.
- Source, onboard, and manage a vendor network (hosts, entertainers, instructors, F&B, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing and packages with vendors and maintain up-to-date vendor records (pricing sheets, menus, requirements, documentation).
- Build strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent performance and reliability.
Experience designing marketing collateral or event materials ( Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.). Vendor negotiation experience. Familiarity with multifamily, hospitality, or marketplace-based service businesses. Comfort with travel or on-site event support as needed. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.
