We work with DTC brands to improve funnels, offers, messaging, and overall customer value. This role will contribute to direct-to-consumer growth initiatives, including landing pages, emails, and sales flows, across Shopify and associated funnels. The project scope centers on measurable improvements in conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and average order value, with compensation aligned to results. You will collaborate with marketers, designers, and developers to design, test, and optimize conversion strategies that move users from interest to action.
- Develop and optimize conversion-driven copy across email campaigns, landing pages, sales pages, VSL scripts, ad copy, and hooks.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align messaging with offers and buyer psychology.
- Craft messaging that clarifies value, handles objections, and accelerates the customer journey from awareness to purchase or lead booking.
- Design and refine offers, pricing messaging, and positioning to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Iterate copy based on A/B test results, performance metrics, and feedback from channels (email, paid, organic).
- Maintain consistent brand voice while optimizing for direct response and measurable outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have experience writing for DTC brands or performance marketing funnels, a strong ability to craft persuasive, concise English copy, and a solid understanding of offers and objections. Comfortable collaborating with a cross-functional team and iterating based on results. Familiarity with Shopify, funnel analytics, and email automation platforms is a plus.
