This role is not a basic virtual assistant; we need someone who can think critically, assume responsibility, and manage workflows with minimal supervision. The goal is for leadership to step back and review operations weekly while you handle daily execution. You will coordinate with overseas manufacturing facilities, monitor orders from deposit to delivery, and ensure timely communication with customers and carriers. - Track customer orders from deposit through final delivery and ensure updates are accurately reflected in the CRM.
- Maintain and manage order status using Airtable or similar CRM systems.
