We are Luxe Micro Estates, a fast-growing tiny home company based in Southern California, expanding nationwide. We are building a serious sales organization and seek a bilingual English/Spanish Executive Sales Setter on a leadership track to help scale our sales operation. This is not a basic setter role or a clock-in position; it’s a hands-on leadership path for someone who wants to grow into managing the entire sales team and virtual assistants. We value initiative, performance, and a proactive approach to building scalable processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong experience in sales, CRM platforms, and automation will be foundational for success, along with a willingness to own outcomes and develop others along the way.
Luxe Micro Estates is a U.S.-based modular tiny home company accelerating growth across California and nationwide sales. As part of a scaling sales organization, the company seeks a high-performing Executive Sales Setter on a leadership track who will evolve into managing the entire sales team and virtual assistants. This role emphasizes ownership, performance, and career advancement within a dynamic startup environment. The project scope includes building scalable processes, refining CRM and automation, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handoff from lead generation to order completion. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping the company’s outbound and inbound sales strategy, CRM architecture, and training programs to support a high-velocity, professional sales operation.
• Manage incoming inquiries and warm/hot leads with a professional, consultative approach to qualify prospects and set up sales opportunities.
• Close deposits over the phone and track conversion metrics to drive performance-focused results.
• Build, organize, and maintain the CRM (GoHighLevel) and associated tools; optimize automation workflows to shorten sales cycles and improve follow-up effectiveness.
• Collaborate with ownership to align sales activities with company goals and product offerings; work with VAs and the sales team to implement scalable processes.
• Develop and iterate sales scripts, follow-up sequences, and reporting dashboards; leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance outreach and prospect engagement.
• Manage scheduling for surveys, webinars, and handoffs to logistics and fabrication teams; ensure smooth cross-department transitions.
• Handle lead channels including social media DMs, marketplace postings, and direct outreach to maintain a robust sales funnel.
• Track pipeline movement weekly, meet targets, and maintain a clean, organized CRM at all times.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with excellent communication skills. • Demonstrated sales experience and prior sales management exposure is preferred. • Confidence in requesting deposits and managing a high-velocity sales cycle. • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to adapt to evolving processes. • Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Airtable, or similar tools; comfortable using AI tools to optimize scripts and workflows. • Competitive, performance-driven mindset with strong pipeline thinking and problem-solving abilities.
