Junior Influencer Outreach Specialist (Remote / Part-Time)

Commerce Theory is a boutique digital marketing agency. We drive growth for eCommerce brands (Health, Wellness, CPG) through high-performance ads.

We are looking for a Junior Outreach Specialist to help us build relationships with influencers and content creators. You will be the engine behind our creator network, finding cool talent on Instagram/TikTok, sending DMs/emails, and managing the logistics of getting products into their hands.

This is the perfect role for: A highly organized freelancer, a marketing student, or a virtual assistant with great English who loves social media and wants to learn how modern eCommerce agencies scale brands.

Finding Creators: Scouting Instagram and TikTok for creators that match our clients' vibes (Health, Wellness, Lifestyle).

Outreach: Sending emails and DMs to creators to invite them to collaborate. You must be comfortable handling rejection and following up.

Logistics: Negotiating basic rates (within our set budget), gathering shipping info, and coordinating product gifting.

Pipeline: Keeping our Google Sheets/CRM spotless. We need to know who was messaged, who replied, and where the product is at all times.

Quality Check: Receiving the video content, ensuring it meets the brief, and passing it to our editors.

Bonus Points for previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Support.

Desirable candidates will have prior experience in influencer or creator outreach, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs. Strong organizational skills, familiarity with Google Sheets.
