Our platform automates and streamlines the tedious steps channel professionals go through to effectively work with their partners. We serve enterprise-level customers and are building a robust, scalable product that enables teams to operate with greater visibility, alignment, and velocity. This role sits at the intersection of executive operations and strategic execution, ensuring the CEO remains focused on high-impact priorities while maintaining operational rigor across the organization. You will help shape the company’s rhythm, governance, and day-to-day execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive clarity, momentum, and impact.
- Own spreadsheets: build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and pivot tables in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create executive-level PowerPoint decks for board meetings, investors, and internal leadership.
- Keep the CEO highly organized across meetings, priorities, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Track action items, decisions, and next steps — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Help prepare weekly updates, meeting agendas, and summaries.
- Coordinate across teams and occasionally external partners.
- Bring order, structure, and calm to a fast-moving, ambitious environment.
Experience supporting C-suite executives or founders in a startup or scale-up environment. Strong time-management skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to anticipate needs before being asked. Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to solving problems.
